As we know, stress can lead to a few challenges that effect wellbeing and productivity, including:

So, what can you do about reducing stress at work?
The Brain Body Fitness Course is designed to give you the tools to reduce tension in the body and return to a natural state of calm.
Here’s how it works:
The program starts on Tuesday, October 25th at 7:30pm via zoom.
You will receive the Zoom link via email prior to the meeting. We will meet every Tuesday evening for 4 weeks.
What to expect: we will meet for 60-90 minutes each week and follow 6 steps:
All sessions are in small group format, and you’ll have access to the recordings of each session. You will also receive and action guide for each session that will help you implement what you learn. You will also receive personal support via email so you can get all your questions answered between sessions.
After the first session you will have an easy to follow, 5-minute brain body tune up you can do at your desk for stress management support.
